The Pasco High School [Dade City, Fla.] freshman has plenty of top-flight offers, including Florida, Florida State and Ohio State.

Clemson's offer came as "a bit of a surprise" to Craig.

"My coach told me when I was going to his class in seventh period," he said, during a recent interview with CUTigers.

A trip to Tigertown could be in the works in the near future.

"I'll probably be up there this summer," Craig said.

He added, "I want to see the campus, the lifestyle of the students and check out the football team."

The 6-foot-3, 200-pound prospect also hopes to take summer visit to Ohio State and Tennessee.

As a freshman, Craigh caught 18 passes for 299 yards and seven touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball, he had 36 tackles and four interceptions. Top Stories
