Before leaving Tigertown, Pass picked up a Clemson offer.

"I was excited. It was just overwhelming," he told CUTigers over the weekend.

Pass and several of his Carver [Columbus, Ga.] teammates camped at Clemson on Wednesday.

"I kind of knew they were going to offer me. I wasn't surprised, but I was excited about it," he said.

Chad Morris delivered the news.

"He just said he liked me a lot. He told me that I had a scholarship to come there. He would like for me to come there," Pass said.

There are plenty of things about Clemson that Pass likes.

"I just like everything, the coaches, I like the facilities, I like the stadium, Death Valley. I just like everything about it," he said.

UNC and Mississippi State have also offered the 6-foot-5, 200-pound prospect. He has no leaders.

"It's too early. I'm not even thinking about that right now," Pass said. Top Stories
