Joseph, a rising senior at Belton-Honea Path High School, picked Clemson over two other finalists, Duke and Louisville.

"I really like Clemson because of coach [Brent] Venables, he's a great coach," Joseph said. "He's a great mind, he's really developed linebackers and he's just a great coach. He's done a lot in his career. It's an amazing program.

"You can't go wrong with Clemson."

As a junior, he had 129 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, 13 quarterback hurries, five forced fumbles and five rushing touchdowns on the offensive side of the ball.

As a sophomore, Joseph had 115 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, two sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and six quarterback hurries. Top Stories
