The latest on Thompson

Trevion Thompson is will make his college decision in less than a month. The Durham (N.C.) Hillside star spoke with Scout.com about his recruitment, future and more.

Signing day is less than a month away and Trevion Thompson is one of the few big-time wide receivers that has not made his decision.

"I'm not stressing about it at all," said the 6-foot-3, 188-pound Thompson, who is down to Clemson, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Ohio State and West Virginia. "I'm just trying to enjoy the process because it will be over before you know it."

Thompson has already taken official visits to N.C. State and Ohio State and has two more scheduled – Clemson on Jan. 17 and West Virginia on Jan. 24. He will also possibly take an official visit to North Carolina before making his decision.

Although there have been rumors of Thompson favoring schools, he say that is not the case.

"Everyone is still even," he said "I still have to take the rest of my officials."

After his last official, Thompson will focus on his decision.

"When I get back from my last official, it will be time to start thinking about a decision," he said. "It's going to be hard decision.

"First and foremost, I'm going to put it in God's hands. I'm going to pray about it and see where he leads me. And the school I feel the best about on signing day is the one I'm going to go with."

Thompson is the 15th-ranked wide receiver in the 2014 class.
