Taking his time

2015 quarterback Deondre Francois has offers from some of the top programs around the country. The Sunshine State signal caller checks in from Orlando (Fla) Olympia high school.

Deondre Francois is a 6-foot-2, 190-pound quarterback with offers from some of the top programs in the country.

Francois is one of the most heavily recruiter quarterbacks in America for 2015. He has offers from powerhouse schools such as "Louisville, Florida, Clemson, Florida State, Miami, Wake Forest, Cincinnati, USF, North Carolina, Indiana and Ohio State and Tennessee," Francois said. "I have learned it's a long process and you have to have patience."

The talented signal caller believes UCLA, Oregon, Alabama, Missouri, LSU and Baylor are close to extending him an offer. Francois is getting a lot of attention but the in-state schools are coming a little stronger.

"It's all about even," Francois said. "Florida, FSU and Miami. It means a lot to me and my family considering the fact that I'm from Miami and they want me to stay close to home."

Francois hopes to visit Florida State on the first or possibly Clemson or Miami. He has the intangibles that college coaches are looking for in a quarterback.

"My strength is my leadership ability, "Francois Said. "My strong arm and ability to read defenses with accuracy at the same time. I need to work on my size and speed."
