Spring Valley High School
Columbia, South Carolina

Hart has offers from most of the top programs in the country, but he has narrowed his list down to 7 schools. "My top seven in no particular order are South Carolina, Clemson, Florida, Penn State, Ohio State, Virginia and Auburn. Virginia is recruiting me the hardest right now."

So when will Hart make a decision?

"I don't know if I'll wait till signing day. After I take my 5 visits I'll have a decision and let people know."

The question everyone in the Palmetto state wants answered is where would Hart sign if he decides to stay in-state.

"If I stayed in-state and today were signing day I would sign with South Carolina," stated Hart.

How will Hart decide where he will play college football? "I've already looked at the football programs and my major. I will look at the type of people I want to be around and whatever school makes me feel comfortable."

The Spring Valley star is looking forward to his senior season. "We're looking pretty good. We want to go all the way."
