After widespread speculation about whether Rashan Gary would use his final official visit at Clemson, Alabama or LSU, we have confirmed that Clemson will be the recipient. This, of course, is the final weekend before National Signing Day next Wednesday, so Clemson has a tremendous opportunity to make a final impression on the big DT for whom the nation's elite programs are all vying.
Gary will be visiting Clemson along with his teammate from New Jersey, Corey Bolds, another talented DT in the 2017 class. Although Clemson would be quite some distance from home, Gary's uncle lives in nearby Anderson and coaches at Anderson University, so that could allay or mitigate the distance factor. Gary will announce his decision on National Signing Day.
In addition to Bolds, the Tigers will have several other 2017 prospects on campus for their annual Junior Day. Stay tuned here at CUTigers.com, as we update you on all the latest developments up to and through NSD!
