Clemson Lands Second 4-Star 2017 OL Commitment of Weekend

Clemson had several big-time prospects on campus over the weekend for its annual Junior Day, and the Tigers picked up their second 4-star 2017 OL commitment in as many days!

Clemson's annual Junior Day was very productive for the Tigers' offensive line. The very next day after 4-star OL Matt Bockhorst committed to Dabo Swinney and the staff, they picked up another one from 4-star OL Blake Vinson! The expanse of the Clemson recruiting net keeps widening--Bockhorst is from Ohio, and Vinson is from Florida. One thing the two have in common is that they both figure to play prominent roles in the trenches for the Tigers for years to come. Bockhorst chose Clemson over offers from Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Miami, Florida, Gerogia and Tennessee, among others. The Tigers are off and running for the 2017 recruiting class, with five 4-star commitments and one 3-star. You can view Clemson's 2017 commit list HERE.
