Lincoln High School
Tallahassee, Florida

The 6-3, 275 pound lineman currently has offers from Clemson, Alabama, Nebraska, Louisville, Middle Tennessee, Connecticut and East Carolina. Several other schools including Florida State and Central Florida are showing significant interest.

"My top 4 right now are Clemson, Alabama, Nebraska and Louisville," Muy told CUTigers.com in a recent interview.

The powerful lineman just received an offer from Alabama this past weekend, and he would like to visit Clemson and Alabama before his practice starts on August 11.

"I'm hoping to get up to Clemson and Alabama within the next few weeks. We were talking about going this weekend. We're going to try to figure that out and talk to the coaches. We will probably do both the same weekend."

The Lincoln High School lineman would like to take his visits before making a decision.

"Honestly I want to be able to see the campus and the towns. All 4 of those schools have great football programs. They also have great coaches. I want to get up to see the colleges before I make the decision. I will be spending the next 4 to 5 years there. I want to make sure I'm making the right decision."

Muy's high school coach would like for him to wait until his senior season is complete before committing but that could change based on how many commitments his favorite schools are getting.

"Our coach doesn't like us committing early. He feels when we commit early we stop playing for Lincoln and start playing for the college. If it comes down to where a team is only going to offer 5 and 4 have committed then I may have to go ahead and commit."

What does Muy plan to do to improve during his senior season?

"I want to make sure I finish every block. I want to try to beat everyone in front of me. I will not be satisfied unless I beat them."

Muy has been working with a conditioning coach this summer to improve his strength and prepare for his senior season. "He is the father of one of my teammates. He has trained several NFL players including Kevin Carter. I want my lower body to get a lot stronger."

We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding offensive lineman from Florida, right up through signing day 2004.
