Gabbard spent the night at his aunt's house in Columbia where he got plenty of pressure to become a Tiger. "My aunt and all of her neighbors really want me to come to Clemson."

"It was good to see Coach West in action. I got to see how the line works and how they play together. I was also able to sit in on a meeting with Coach West and the line. I met all of the line. They all talked about how it's a fun team to play for and how much they like Coach Bowden and Coach West."
