As of right now, his impressive offer list includes South Carolina, Clemson, Maryland, Duke, Virginia, North Carolina, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Auburn, Florida and South Carolina State. Several other top programs including Alabama, Ohio State, North Carolina State and Tennessee are also showing significant interest.

Frost is not ready to go on record with a leader or a list of favorites at this point. "Not really, not yet. In a month or two I probably will."

Frost would like to play with his talented teammate Leon Hart in college, but he knows that may not happen. "That would be good, but it's not set in stone. We talk about it every now and then.

Distance is not a factor for Frost or his parents, but relationships will have a major impact on where Frost decides to play his college football.

"They just want me to go where I can get a good education and where I have good chemistry with the coaches. The main thing I will consider is the relationship I have with the coaches, the academics, and the relationship I have with the other players."

The summer camp tour included stops at Virginia, Auburn and South Carolina. He also visited Maryland this summer and attended the junior day and spring game at Clemson.

So when does the Columbia native plan to announce his decision?

"Close to Signing day. Probably a couple of weeks before, said Frost.

The senior defensive lineman had the following to say about the two in-state schools recruiting him. Clemson- "I like the defensive coaches. They are intense and they work the team hard. I've seen them at practice."

South Carolina- "I like their defensive end coach. He teaches good technique. He teaches you to use your hands a lot."
