Pennslyvania QB Sets Official Visit

The superstar quarterback, who already has 15 touchdowns on the season, has led Conestoga High School to a 5-0 start. Steffy has rushed for over 360 yards and passed for over 950 yards in just 5 games. Last week the talented prospect completed 18 of 26 for 230 yards and 1 passing touchdown, and he also rushed for 80 yards and 2 touchdowns.

The 6-1, 195 pound prospect has 4 favorites that will get official visits and 2 others battling for the 5th spot. "Maryland, Virginia Tech, Clemson and Michigan State are my top schools and I will make official visits to all of them. Purdue and Syracuse are the schools I am considering for the other visit."

Steffy will take his first official visit this weekend when he visits Michigan State. The prize recruit has also already scheduled an official visit to Clemson for November 8th to watch the annual Bowden bowl.

Defensive Coordinator John Lovett is recruiting Steffy and he has been calling regularly. "Coach Lovett has been calling. He says he will be coming to see me play soon."

How will the superstar quarterback decide where he will play next season? "What I'm going to do is to take the trips. Then I will sit down and make my decision. I have a press conference scheduled for December 10 to announce my decision."

The Lancaster, Pennsylvania superstar would prefer to play in a wide-open offense on the collegiate level. "I like throwing the ball, but I have no problem running it either. The spread offense is appealing to every quarterback."
