Barber led Northwestern to another victory last week and they are now 5-3 on the season. "We beat Fort Mill last Friday. I caught 3 passes for 85 yards and a touchdown."

The 6-2, 215 pound superstar is not ready to go on record with a favorite. "Right now my favorites are Clemson, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida," stated Barber.

The talented prospect had hoped to attend the Clemson game against Virginia but he missed the game because he was taking his SAT. "I plan on going to the Florida State game in a few weeks," said the Rock Hill standout.

Don't expect a decision from the Northwestern star any time soon as he plans to wait until after his official visits to make a decision.

Is the prize recruit more likely to stay in the Palmetto state next season to play college football? "I'm not really sure right now," said Barber.

We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding athlete from South Carolina, right up through signing day 2004.
