What are your thoughts on the Tigers impressive win over Florida State?
Lambert: That was awesome. It was a great game. I wasn't expecting Clemson to win. I expected them to keep it close. They whipped their butts.

What did you and Coach Blackwell talk about on the field before the game?
Lambert: He told me we could come in the locker room after the game. I had not done that during my other 2 visits. He told me if we went to recreation center after the game and waited that he would bring us down to the locker room.

What was it like in the locker room after the game?
Lambert: I saw my friend and William Henry. He introduced me to the offensive line. They all said they wanted me to come to Clemson. They have a young offensive line and they told me I would fit in well. Everybody was cheering. They shaved Coach Burns head and beard. You see that kind of thing in high school, but it was nice to see that in college. It was nice to know they still had fun.

Will the fact that Clemson needs some offensive tackles in this year's class impact your decision?
Lambert: That's one of the reasons I like Clemson. I might have a chance to start there.

Who is your leader at this point?
Lambert: Clemson is still my top choice. That win definitely pushed them up.

What are the odds that you will commit to the Tigers?
Lambert: I would probably say about 70 percent right now.

When do you think you will make your commitment?
Lambert: I'm trying to see if Clemson is going to offer my teammate Alex Pearson. He plays linebacker. They just got some tape on him. If they offer him there's a good possibility that we will both commit. He's a big Clemson fan.

Where would your mom like you to go at this point?
Lambert: She is favoring Clemson now. She just wants to sit down and talk with the coaches and everything will be great.

What was your favorite moment Saturday night?
Lambert: It was going down on the field after the game. Everyone was rushing down there. I had to jump over the wall to get down there like everyone else. I've never seen anything like it.

How did Greenville High do last Friday night?
Lambert: We won 34-20 win in the first round.

We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding offensive lineman from South Carolina, right up through signing day 2004.
