The former Georgia Military prospect is eagerly awaiting his final grade from Adam State College. "I've taken my final exam. I'm just waiting on the grade. It should probably come some time next week. My teacher said it usually comes a week later."

Staley made a visit to Georgia Military to check on the next steps. "I went down to Georgia Military on Wednesday. We just talked about how I did on the exam. They hadn't heard from the Clemson coaches either."

The 5-10, 185 pound defender would love to hear from the Clemson coaches and enroll in January, but there continues to be silence coming from upstate. "I don't know if I have a future there. If I don't have a future there then I need to make sure I have a backup plan."

Several schools have been calling the speedster including Mississippi State and South Carolina. Both schools called the prize recruit the week before Thanksgiving.

Staley made it clear that he would like to become a Clemson Tiger and hopes to be ready to enroll in January. The future of the talented prospect should become clearer over the next few weeks.
