QB Cullen Harper
Sequoyah High School
Alpharetta, Georgia

How has your rehab gone with your injured collarbone?
Harper: It was my left collarbone. It's just about to 100% now. I've been working out for 3 weeks. I've been doing normal weight training and throwing about once per day.

Do you think you came back too early from the injury the first time?
Harper: I played in 1 and ½ games when I came back. I broke it in the same place. I probably came back too early.

Are you still firm with your commitment to the Clemson Tigers?
Harper: Yes I'm still firm with Clemson.

Have you had any visits from the Clemson coaching staff?
Harper: Coach West came by the house Wednesday night. It went real well. He came and ate dinner. We talked about the quarterback situation. He said next year with Stuckey moving to wide receiver that CJ will move to backup. He said they will probably sign one more quarterback.

Are you looking forward to the Peach Bowl?
Harper: Yes, I was hoping I would be able to go but we'll be on our family vacation. We are going to Jackson Hole to go skiing.

Are you planning to take any other official visits?
Harper: No, Clemson's the only one.

What are you looking forward to most about going to Clemson next year?
Harper: I'm ready to see what college football is all about. I'm ready to get started in the weight program. I'm ready to start my college career.

We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding quarterback from Georgia, right up through signing day 2004.
