Only four days of class separate the Southwest Mississippi standout from becoming eligible to enroll at Clemson University.

"My last day of school is December 18th. I'm coming home that day," stated Groover Saturday evening.

As first reported on December 2nd, Groover will soon be practicing with the team as they prepare for the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl. Regardless of what you've read elsewhere, Groover will indeed be practicing with the Clemson Tigers much sooner than most anticipated.

"I think they get off practice on the 22nd. I will probably come to practice when they return the day after Christmas. The coach said it was up to me," Groover added.

The Tigers will be practicing in Atlanta when they return from Christmas break on December 26th according to the former Hannah-Pamplico star.

Coach Burns visited the prize recruit on Thursday at Southwest Mississippi Junior College.

"He came by on Thursday. He said all of my stuff looks straight. We talked about when I could come to practice," Groover said.

The 6-3, 275 pound superstar is looking forward to joining the team for practice. "I'm looking forward to it. It's a dream come true."
