Foster Says "Basketball and Football"

The 6-1, 180 pound prospect had several nice catches and showed some solid athleticism, as he was hard to bring down got upfield. "Yeah, that's what I'm good for. I catch the ball and try to get extra yards after the catch. I was just trying to compete that way this afternoon."

The Sandlappers had a hard time moving the ball consistently against an impressive North Carolina defense. "They were blitzing a lot. We didn't practice the blitz rush. They left the middle wide open. We had to regroup. It took us a little to long to get it going."

Even in the loss, nothing took away from the great Shrine Bowl experience for the talented athlete. "We had a great time. We worked hard. We were the overdogs really today, we just didn't get it done."

"Clemson, Kentucky, Duke and North Carolina," are the schools that continue to recruit the two-sport star the hardest. In case you forgot, he is trying to play football and basketball on the collegiate level. Clemson, North Carolina and Kentucky have all told the speedster that he could play both sports. What about Duke? "Well I don't know about Duke," said Foster.
