Hargrave Military linebacker Antonio Reynolds visited Clemson over the weekend where he came away impressed with the campus and the coaching staff. The prize recruit expects to select between Clemson, Virginia Tech and Tennessee over the next week.

The 6-4, 225 pound prospect took what may be his final official visit when he traveled to Clemson this past weekend. "It went nice. It was a nice campus. I liked the coaching staff."

Reynolds was able to meet with Head Coach Tommy Bowden and Defensive Coordinator John Lovett during his official visit. "I met with Coach Lovett and Coach Bowden. They asked me if I wanted to come to Clemson. They gave me an offer and they said I was a good fit for the Clemson defense."

How did the Clemson visit compare with the visits to Virginia Tech and Tennessee? "They were right up there," stated Reynolds.

The 6-4, 225 pound prospect is not ready to go on record with a leader. "I'm still open. I really don't have a leader. My favorites would be Virginia Tech, Clemson and Tennessee."

The talented athlete plans to make his commitment over the next week. "Maybe after Christmas. It will probably be next week. I will look at where I feel more comfortable. I will also want to be a good fit for defense."

Reynolds will have 5 years to play 4 at the collegiate level. We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding linebacker from Virginia, right up through signing day 2004.
