The Greenville High standout was in attendance to witness the Tigers impressive victory over the Vols in the Peach Bowl.

"I went down to the Peach Bowl with my dad and my brother. I thought it was an awesome game. They played like they could and showed everybody they what they could do."

Pearson had hoped to bring his teammate Cory Lambert to the Peach Bowl, but Cory was not able to make the trip. "I had an extra ticket so I invited him to come. He couldn't come because he had to work."

The talented prospect knows the kind of noise Clemson fans can make as both his parents attended Clemson, but he came away very impressed with the fans performance during the Peach Bowl. "I was impressed with how many Clemson fans were there. It was overwhelming with all the noise they made."

The 6-2, 245 pound linebacker is waiting to hear back from Coach Blackwell to finalize his official visit plans. "I haven't talked to him yet. He said he would call back in January."
