The 6-0, 200 pound speedster was very impressed with the Tigers performance against the Vols. "I watched the Peach Bowl. They looked pretty good out there. You can tell they are working hard because Tennessee is a good team."

Edwards will be taking an official visit to Clemson over the next 2 weeks but he is not sure of the date yet. "I will be taking a visit to Clemson. It will either be this weekend or next weekend. It's up to my parents." The talented prospect will take his official visit to Florida State on January 23.

Did the Tigers performance have any impact on the Dudley High School standout?

"Yeah, they are winning. Any team that is playing like that will get a stronger look. They are beating the big teams, not just winning." Edwards is still firm with his commitment to the Noles, but the Tigers appear to be gaining ground.

Do the Tigers have a chance to sway the Shrine Bowl star during his official visit to Clemson? "We'll just have to see," stated the prize recruit.

Coach O'Cain is working hard to see if the Tigers can convince the North Carolina standout to play a little closer to home. "Coach O'Cain called just a few days ago," stated Edwards.
