The offer list for the 6-2, 200 pound speedster includes Clemson, Louisville and Southern Mississippi.

"Clemson is my leader," said Kindred in an interview with this week. "They have shown the most interest. Coach Bowden and Coach Swinney came by the house right before we got out for Christmas. I felt they really wanted me to come to Clemson."

Kindred and teammate Jacquez McKissic will both take official visits to Clemson this weekend. It will be the first trip to Clemson for Kindred and his parents.

Would the two Opelika High School teammates like to attend college together?

"Yes sir," said Kindred. "We would like to go to the same school. We want to stick together. We have been friends our whole life. We grew up in the same neighborhood."

Will the Alabama defensive back commit to the Tigers this weekend? "I could. It depends on how I feel when I'm on campus," stated Kindred.

Kindred enjoyed watching the Peach Bowl and he and Jacquez actually traveled to Atlanta last week to watch the Tigers practice for the Peach Bowl.

"I was excited. They played great. I had seen them practice the day before. Me and Jacq went up to see them practice the day before."

Coach Swinney is recruiting the talented prospect to play safety for the Tigers. Kindred would like to major in Business Management or Engineering.
