LB Maurice Reevey
6-4, 220, 4.5
Fork Union Military Academy
Highland Springs, Virginia
CUTigers.com caught up with Fork Union Head Coach John Shuman to get the latest on the prize recruit.
"He met with Virginia Tech this afternoon," said Shuman. "He slid his visit to Virginia Tech back one week. He's going to go on January 24 after he takes the SAT."
According to Coach Shuman, Reevey plans to go home during a winter break following his Virginia Tech visit to discuss things with his parents and his high school coach.
"He's going to go home one for the week during break and meet with his parents and his high school coach. He will make his announcement then."
An interesting side note is that Reevey formerly played for Highland Springs High School where Tiger commitment Tony Willis currently plays.
Tony's father is actually one of the offensive line coaches for Highland Springs.
We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding linebacker from Virginia, right up through signing day 2004.
