4-Star LB Officially Down to Two

The 6-4, 220 pound prospect took his final official visit to Virginia Tech this weekend. "It was pretty good," Reevey told CUTigers.com Tuesday afternoon in an exclusive interview. "I had a good time."

With just over a week until signing day Reevey says he is officially down to two schools. "I'm am down to Virginia Tech and Clemson."

The standout linebacker will be going home for winter break over the weekend where he will make his final decision. "I go home this Friday. Then, I am going to sit down with coach Burton and my family and discuss it. I will make my final decision over the weekend."

The coaching staffs from Clemson and Virginia Tech will be visiting Fork Union on Thursday to make last minute sale pitches before Maurice heads home to make his decision. "Clemson and Virginia Tech are both coming on Thursday," stated Reevey.

Clemson commitment Tony Willis is friends with Reevey but so are several Virginia Tech players. "Yeah I know big Tony. We are good friends. We are real cool. I also have a lot of people at Tech that I know."
