On the Overall Toughness of the Schedule
"This is by far the toughest schedule I've faced as a head coach," said Clemson head coach Tommy Bowden about the 2004 schedule. "A lot of the teams we face this year have the potential to be in the top 25. Miami, FSU, Georgia Tech, Virginia, and just about everybody else on our schedule."

On Opening with Wake Forest
"Maybe we can stop them with six months of preparation instead of just week. Again, they've also got preparation time. Obiviously they don't need anymore than a week, so they'll probably be preparing for their second game." Top Stories
