The 6-foot-5, 255-pound defender had an outstanding junior season and he is already receiving attention from several top programs. Green had over 120 tackles, 5 sacks, 4 deflected passes, 5 caused fumbles and 5 fumble recoveries last season.

"Tennessee, Iowa, North Carolina State, Clemson, South Carolina, Oklahoma and Arkansas are all showing interest," Green told CUTigers.com in a recent interview.

When asked if he had any early favorites, Green responded, "Tennessee and Clemson are my favorites right now."

What are the strengths of the South Carolina standout? "Pass rushing and blocking passes are my best strengths," stated Green.

The talented prospect plans to work hard to get even better as he prepares for his senior season. "I want to get stronger and faster," stated Green.

The standout defensive end will attend the junior day at North Carolina State on February 29. "I plan to camp at Tennessee, Auburn and attend the Nike camp this summer. I would also like to camp at Clemson and South Carolina."

Green also said that he did not grow up rooting for the Tigers or the Gamecocks. In fact, the Oklahoma Sooners have always been one of his favorite programs.
