South Carolina DB Gets First Offer

Northwestern star defensive back Jamie Robinson, who just received his first offer, was in attendance for the first day of spring practice at Clemson. The 6-2, 175 pound prospect traveled to Clemson on Saturday to enjoy Junior Day as the Tigers hit the practice field for the first time this spring. "It went really well. We watched the practice and then we had a tour of the weight room."

The Rock Hill standout received his first offer during the visit to Tiger Town. "Clemson offered on Saturday. They are my only offer at this time."

Robinson is sure to get plenty of attention from the Clemson coaching staff among others over next year. Clemson made their first sales pitch on Saturday. "I talked a lot with Coach Blackwell. I also got to talk with Coach Bowden."

When asked if he had any early favorites, Robinson responded, "Not really. Not at this time."

Robinson plans to attend some other junior days over the next few weeks. "I want to go to some more but I'm not sure when at this time."
