WR Mohamed Massaquoi (6-2, 191, 4.5) of Charlotte Independence (N.C.) is the cousin of Michigan TE Tim Massaquoi and has gotten plenty advice from him.

"He told me what he went through and says that I need to take my time and make sure I'm comfortable with the school and that's what I plan to do," said Massaquoi.

"I have to be comfortable and feel at home wherever I go. I'd like to go to a fun college town and be in a good location where there's lots to do. I also want to go to a school that's winning or at least on the way up."

Mohamed denies a leader, but favors Georgia, North Carolina, Duke, North Carolina St, Tennessee and Clemson, and says all have offered. He says he's been to all those JR Days as well. Mohamed also has offers from Michigan, Nebraska, Virginia, Maryland and South Carolina for a total of eleven scholarships.

The first school to offer Mohamed was North Carolina. "They offered me last summer. It's only about two and a half hours away and it's a great town. But I was also really impressed with Georgia. I liked all their facilities and the campus was great. I really liked the coaches. Also my old teammate, Mario Raley, goes there and really likes it.

"I like Duke too, because they have great academics and are improving. They have great new facilities. I'm not sure about which camps I'll go to. I'm still undecided."

Mohamed caught 87 balls for 1525 yds and 23 TDs as a JR. He benches 265 and has a VJ of 38. "I know what I'm doing. I play smart and I use my hands good. I'm also pretty powerful and use that to run over people. I really can't point out one thing I need to improve on. I'm trying to get better at everything."
