The 6-foot-2, 245-pound linebacker/fullback is working hard to be in the best shape possible come August. "I'm working out 4 days week right now," said Pearson. "This summer I'm going to be doing a running program."

When asked how he feels about his future at Clemson, Pearson responded, "I'm very excited. I can't wait to get up there. I should be reporting the first week of August. I've got all the housing set."

The Greenville star grew up a Tiger fan and his family is also very excited about his future at Clemson. "My family is very hyped as well," stated Pearson.

Pearson will be joined by teammate Cory Lambert next year. "I don't see him much right now because our schedules are different. We talk about it some but we don't see each other much."

The talented athlete did say that he and Cory are doing their best to persuade Greenville stars Travil Jamison, Jordan Sorrells and Nathan Pepper to give the Tigers a strong look. "We are trying to work them a little bit," stated Pearson.

What is Pearson looking forward to most about his career at Clemson? "I'm just looking forward to getting an opportunity to play football again at the next level."

We will continue to keep you updated on this future Tiger, right up through the first day of practice in August.
