The 6-foot-4, 295 pound tackle is still awaiting his first offer but many schools are starting to show heavy interest headed into the heart of summer. "Clemson, Ole Miss, Alabama, Mississippi State and Auburn are all showing a lot of interest in me right now," Farr told CUTigers.com in a recent interview.

When asked if he has any early favorites, Farr responded, "No, I'm wide open for anybody."

Farr visited Clemson this weekend along with his talented teammate Dan Walton. "Actually we just got back from the Clemson camp. Dan Walton went with me. He is going to go with me to all of the camps. This week I'm going to Ole Miss, then Alabama, Auburn and Mississippi State."

"I really liked it at Clemson. The atmosphere was great. The coaches said they really liked me. Coach Dabo Swinney is a real good guy and we got along great. The facilities looked really nice."

Farr expects to hear a lot more from Coach Swinney over the coming months. "He said they want to see some tape. Dabo said he would recruit me real hard."

The Alabama standout is working hard in the classroom and the weight room to prepare for his final year at Pell City High School.

"I'm working on my grades and working to get my ACT score high. I'm also working out real hard. We start our summer workout program tomorrow."

We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding offensive lineman from Alabama, right up through signing day 2005.
