DB Hadrian Lewis
6-1, 175, 4.5
Stratford High School
Goose Creek, South Carolina
The 6-foot-1, 175-pound prospect just returned from a visit to Clemson from last week's camp when he spoke with CUTigers.com. "It was good. I had fun. I just enjoyed the competition and everything. I enjoyed learning new things."
The rising senior came away impressed with the Tiger's coaching staff. "I talked with basically all of the coaches. They were all pretty cool and we got along real well."
Lewis is still awaiting his first offer but he does have some early favorites.
"I don't have any offers yet. Clemson, Florida State, LSU and Georgia would be my favorites right now."
The talented cornerback is also working hard this summer to prepare to lead the Stratford defense this fall. "I am lifting real hard. I want to get stronger and faster. I'll do anything I can to make myself better."
As far as future camp plans go, Lewis is unsure whether or not he'll head anywhere else this summer. "I'm not really sure. I will visit South Carolina this summer."
What else will the talented defender consider when deciding where to play college football? "First I will look at the academics. I know they are important. I will also look at my teammates."
We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding defensive back from South Carolina, right up through signing day 2005.
