Mississippi DB Heading to Bowden Camp

The 5-9, 165 pound prospect recently attended the Nike camp at LSU. "I went to the Nike All-American camp. I had a 33 inch vertical and I ran a 4.5 forty. I also had a 4.1 shuttle."

Harris will head to another camp this weekend. "I am going to the Bobby Bowden camp this Sunday," Harris recently told CUTigers.com in recent interview.

"I'm still waiting on my first offer. Right now Memphis, Louisiana Tech, Ole Miss, and Mississippi State are showing the most interest. I haven't heard as much from Clemson lately but they are still there."

When asked if he has any early favorites, Harris responded, "Not yet. I'm looking to see who offers. I'm just hungry to play football."

Harris plans to be in top condition when his senior campaign begins. "I'm working out and working hard. I'm just running and lifting every chance I get."

Harris recorded 42 tackles, 4 interceptions and 15 passes broken up last season. We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding defensive back from Mississippi, right up through signing day 2005.
