Crestwood High School
Sumter, South Carolina

The 6-2, 185 pound prospect visited the University of Georgia on Friday and Saturday. "I just got back today. It was good. I had fun up there." Wright said in an interview with CUTigers.com.

When asked if Georgia offered during the visit, Wright responded, "No, they said they would get back in touch with me."

How does one of the Palmetto's best defenders compare his visits to Clemson and Georgia? "I was at Georgia longer so I got to see more. I liked a lot about Clemson. Georgia was nice."

A decision should come soon for the Crestwood star.

"I'm going to commit before the season starts," said Wright. "After I get back from Colorado next week I will make my announcement. I plan to talk with my parents before I leave and after I get back. When I get back I will make a decision."

Who are the favorites for the prize recruit? "Right now I would have to say it's probably Clemson, Georgia, South Carolina and Vanderbilt," stated Wright. All have offered except for Georgia.

With a decision coming over the next two weeks will the fact that the Dawgs have not offered impact his decision? "I will do whatever I feel best. If I feel Georgia is the best place then I'll wait. If not I'll go ahead and announce my decision after I return from Colorado."

We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding defensive back from South Carolina, right up through signing day 2005.
