Manning, South Carolina

The Manning standout enjoyed his visit to Florida State. "It was pretty nice," said Miller during a Sunday afternoon interview with CUTigers.com. "I talked with all the coaches."

When asked how he would compare the visit to Tallahassee with his visit to Clemson earlier this year, Miller responded, "It wasn't very comparable. I liked the Clemson visit better."

Did the visit to the Sunshine state change the leader for the 6-1, 220 pound prospect? "Clemson is still my favorite," stated the prize recruit.

Don't expect a commitment from the South Carolina standout until later this season. "I'm not sure when I will commit yet. I may wait until after I take my official visits."

As it stands now, it looks like a two team race for Miller headed towards the start of his senior season. "I'll probably decided between just Clemson and Florida State," Miller said.

What will be the most important factor for the Manning standout as he decides where he will attend college? "I think it's going to be the distance," stated Miller.

The talented defender has gained some weight this summer in prepration for his last year of high school football. "We start practice this Friday. I've been working out and lifting this summer. I've gained about 10 pounds just lifting and eating a lot this summer." Miller will begin his senior season in just a few weeks when Manning plays Spring Valley.
