LB Ryan Stamper
6-3, 215, 4.62
First Coast High School
Jacksonville, Florida

Ryan Stamper, a 6-foot-3, 210-pound prospect out of First Coast High School, currently has offers from Maryland, Clemson, Auburn, Duke, North Carolina, N.C. State and South Carolina among others. Clemson already has a commitment from teammate Paul Muse and former teammate Brandon Croley will be running down the hill for the Tigers this season.

When asked about his current favorites, Stamper responded, "I'd say Auburn, Clemson, and North Carolina State."

What does he like about each of his favorites?

Auburn: "I really like Coach Witt the linebackers coach. I enjoyed my visit up there."

Clemson: "I liked it up there when I visited. My teammate Paul has committed up there too."

North Carolina State: "I also like the linebackers coach. I've always kind of liked North Carolina State."

The First Coast standout is not sure when he will be ready to make a commitment. "I don't really know. It will probably be during the season."

Stamper will also be looking for a place to feel at home when he considers where to attend college. "I will probably look at playing time and finding out where I feel the most comfortable. I want to go where I feel at home."

Stamper expects big things from First Coast this season. "We are going to be very good. We will probably be just as good as last year. We should beat everyone in our division.

"Our first day was today. We have 3 days with helmets. Then we start practice with full pads. We got some small running backs. I probably won't do much hitting during practice."

The Tigers will get their chance to impress Stamper when he travels to Tiger Town in September. "I plan to go to the Georgia Tech game," stated the prize recruit.
