The 5-11, 185 pound prospect opened his senior season with over 200 yards and this week he added another impressive performance. "We won this week 14-7 over one of our rivals," said Davis in a an interview with CUTigers.com. "I had 19 carries for 75 yards this week. I didn't get to return any kicks because they kicked the ball on the ground."

When asked who the current favorites are, Davis responded, "Tennessee and Clemson are my top 2. Georgia Tech is also up there."

Tennessee: It's a good place for me to go. It's not too far from home.

Clemson: They were the first to offer. I also have a good relationship with Coach Burns.

A decision is getting closer for the Douglass High star. "I am going to decide pretty soon. I know that right now," said the senior running back.

The Tigers will get their chance to impress Davis when they battle the Jackets on September 11. "I'm going up to Clemson for the Georgia Tech game. Basically I'm going to try and watch a lot of their games this year.

"I was thinking I would take some visits, then I will make my decision. I want to watch a couple of games first."
