Hope Mills, North Carolina

The 6-foot-5, 255-pound prospect is not ready to name any favorites, but he does have a top seven. "I really don't have any favorites yet. My top seven are Clemson, Virginia Tech, Georgia, Penn State, North Carolina State, North Carolina and Oklahoma," said Hannah in a recent interview with CUTigers.com.

The senior lineman is off to a quick start as he plays both ways for South View High. "We have played our first two games already. I'm doing fine. I've got 3 catches for over 60 yards. On defense I've got about 8 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and 1 fumble recovery."

Clemson will get the first chance to impress the Hope Mills standout. "I will be taking my first official visit this weekend when I go to Clemson. I'll be going up Saturday around noon. I will be coming with my parents and a teammate of mine.

"I have also planned my other official visits. I'm going to take official visits to Oklahoma, Virginia Tech, Penn State and Georgia."

When asked when he is likely to make a commitment, Hannah responded, "I will probably end up making my decision after I've taken all of my official visits."

"Clemson would like me to play defensive end. Some of the schools want me to play tight end, some defensive end and some either."

What position would he prefer to play on the collegiate level? "I don't really care. I just want to play where I can get the earliest playing time. I like them both about the same," said Hannah.

We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding athlete from North Carolina, right up through signing day 2005.
