Hannah High on Clemson After Saturday

The Clemson Tigers pulled off a huge overtime win against ACC rival Wake Forest this past Saturday. The win opened up conference play on a positive note, while also impressing many of the college recruits on hand, including Hope Mills (N.C.) South View TE/DE Jonathan Hannah.

"It was a heck of a game," stated Hannah. "It made me feel like playing. Being there and being rallied by so many fans, gets anyone ready to play. When [Wake Forest] didn't score I was surprised and not surprised at the same time."

Besides witnessing one of the greatest games of this young season, Hannah hung out with junior linebacker Charles Bennett, who he felt was a "very cool person." In addition to conversations with the coaching staff, Bennett took Hannah on a tour of the facilities.

"I was impressed with how down to earth everyone is," remarked Hannah. "And how strongly they feel about academics."

The visit has done nothing but help the Tigers' chances, however Hannah still maintains a level field between each of his final seven.

"I still don't have a leader but I'm really high on Clemson now," stated Hannah. "Everything is pretty much the same [among my seven favorites]."

Hannah's next stop is Virginia Tech on September 24th for his second official visit.
