Central's Sadat Chambers had another outstanding game last week as he led his team to another win en route to a 4-0 record on the season. "I did good. We won the game 35-0. I had over 100 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns. I didn't play the whole game because it was a blowout," said Chambers in an interview with CUTigers.com.

The 5-foot-11, 190 pound prospect is not ready to make a commitment, but it there is definitely a clear leader at this point in the recruiting process. "Clemson is still my leader," said the senior all-purpose athlete. "Right now, I would say about 90 percent chance I will commit to them," said Chambers.

"I am getting closer. I am probably going to go ahead and make my commitment after the season."

Chambers has not been able to visit Clemson this season, but that will change when the Tigers return home. "I haven't been to any home games. I also haven't been able to catch them on television. I do plan to get up there when they get home. They don't have a home game for a few weeks."

The Pageland-Central star is working hard in the classroom as well this season. "I am taking the ACT this weekend. My grades are in good shape," said Chambers.

What are Chambers' goals for rest of season? "I want to try to go 15-0. I want to go back to state championship and continue to be a leader for my team."

Coach Dabo Swinney is recruiting the Palmetto standout for the Tigers. We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding athlete from South Carolina, right up through signing day 2005.
