WR Josh Briscoe
6-3, 175, 4.5
Burns High School
Lawndale, North Carolina
"It is Tennessee," Briscoe said shortly after church and on his way to celebrate the announcement with friends and family.
"First of all I had to make sure the school had the major I wanted and was strong in that field. I looked at the wide receiver depth, the tradition, the football goals, and if I could come in early and play," Briscoe told Scout.com on Friday after his team's narrow loss to Shelby Crest High School.
"I kinda figured I had a hint to where I was going early, it just look at what my options were."
Briscoe chose the Vols over Clemson and Georgia Tech.
