WR Rendrick Taylor
6-2, 205, 4.5
Marlboro County High School
Bennettsville, South Carolina
After a rough start to the season Bennettsville (S.C.) Marlboro County wide receiver Rendrick Taylor has led his team to a 5-5 record and a great shot at making the state playoffs.
"This is the last regular season game for us," says the 6-foot-2, 207 pounder. "I am doing pretty good, got about 800 something rushing. I'm playing both running back and receiver."
That type of versatility had teams recruiting him hard until he committed to Clemson, and even now teams are still trying to get him on campus for official visits.
"Yeah, I'm still solid, but other schools are still calling me. South Carolina, Alabama, Florida State, and Penn State. I might take visits to South Carolina and Florida State," he says adding that he already has two visits set up. "December 10th is Alabama, and January 14th is Clemson."
We will continue to keep you updated on Rendrick Taylor, right up through signing day 2005.
