DB Jamie Robinson
6-2, 180, 4.5
Northwestern High School
Rock Hill, South Carolina
"I've got it down to a couple teams, my top four schools; Florida State, Virginia Tech, Clemson, and Tennessee," says the 6-foot-1, 175 pounder. "All except for Virginia Tech have offered verbal (scholarships).
"I've been to a Florida State game, and I went to a Clemson game, and I'm trying to get to a Tennessee and Virginia Tech game. For the Virginia Tech game, I'm trying to see them play Virginia, and with Tennessee, I'm not sure yet."
As for a favorite, one team is starting to emerge for Robinson.
"It might be Florida State, because they've just been a team I've always liked growing up."
As for his team, Northwestern won a critical game against then-unbeaten and rival Rock Hill, which was ranked as the number eight team in the East region by SchoolSports.com. Robinson was not tested often by the rushing-oriented offense.
"We won 14-9. I had one pass breakup, but I had a whole bunch of tackles."
