Big Time DB Commits to Clemson

One of the top cover corners in the country has given his verbal commitment to Clemson. If you are a Tiger fan, you have to be drooling right now.

"I just committed to Clemson," said cornerback Larry Williams. "It is just a very good situation for me there. I can get some early playing time."

"I am scheduled to visit Miami (1-18) and Georgia (1-25) but I will probably cancel those visits." Williams, from Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln High School, had 137 tackles and 3 interceptions this season.

Larry was one of three highly touted prospects from Lincoln High to visit the Tigers this weekend. Greg Threat and Gavin Dickey were the other two.

Threat now has Clemson listed in his top 2, right behind of Miami. Dickey is a hard lean to Florida.
