The 6-5, 255 pound prospect and his family will have plenty of visitors this week. "The coach from Virginia Tech came by the house today. It was a good visit," Green told CUTigers.com.

The talented defender has one last official visit scheduled for next weekend. "I'm going to take the visit to Virginia Tech next weekend," stated Green.

The Palmetto powers will also visit with the star defensive lineman later this week. "South Carolina is coming to see me on Wednesday. Clemson is coming on Thursday. I know Coach Blackwell is coming. I'm not sure if anyone else is coming with him," said Green.

The Conway standout is still not ready to go on record with a leader. "I don't have a leader. I'm still trying to keep an open mind with all this before I decide. I will make my decision after my final visit."

Green plans to discuss the big decision with his family after the visit next weekend. "We haven't really talked about the decision yet. We are waiting until after the visit to Virginia Tech. Then we will sit down and talk about it."

A decision from the prize recruit should come early next week. "I should be ready to make a commitment before signing day," stated Green.

We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding defensive end from South Carolina, right up through signing day 2005.
