6-foot-3, 275 pound offensive line prospect Roderick Crosby is waiting for his first official scholarship offer, but several top programs are showing early interest. "I'm getting mail from Clemson, Auburn, Penn State and Virginia Tech," Crosby told in a recent interview.

When asked if he has any early favorites, Crosby responded, "One of my favorites in Georgia. I would say they are my favorite right now."

Crosby played offensive guard and tackle last season for Greenwood High. "My strengths are my pass blocking. I am also a good pull blocker.

"I want to work on my quickness and I want to get stronger. I also want to work on my hands."

Distance will be important to the blue-chip lineman. "Yeah, I would like to stay close to home. I want to major in sports medicine or law enforcement," said Crosby.

Interestingly enough, if the right offer comes along, Crosby could pull the trigger on an early commitment. "I will probably pick a school before next season. I would like to do that to get the pressure off of me before," said Crosby.

Crosby's summer camp plans are already taking shape also. "I know that I will probably camp at Auburn, Clemson and Georgia this summer," said the Greenwood star.
