The 6-4, 225 pound speedster is waiting on his first offer, but that could change soon as several schools are showing significant interest. "I'd say Georgia is showing the most interest right now. North Carolina State, North Carolina and Clemson are the others showing a lot of interest," Sapp told CUTigers.com.

When asked who he thinks is closest to offering, Sapp responded, "I think Clemson is probably the closest."

Sapp plans to travel around the Southeast to see several schools over the next few months. "I'm planning to go to the junior day at North Carolina and maybe Georgia. I most likely will go to Clemson as well," said Sapp.

The Tigers are recruiting the prize recruit for the bandit position in the new defensive scheme. "Coach West is recruiting me for Clemson. They are talking to me about the bandit position. I would love to play that position. I'm looking forward to seeing how it works out for them this year," added Sapp.

The talented athlete is showing his skills on the basketball court for Bamberg-Ehrhardt High. "I'm playing basketball right now. I'm doing okay. I'm averaging 12 points and 12 rebounds per game. We start the playoffs this week."

We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding defensive end from South Carolina, right up through signing day 2006.
