Nathan Bennett commits to Clemson

The Tigers picked up another commitment on the offensive line this weekend. Nathan Bennett, a former commitment to Mississippi State says he just feels more comfortable in Clemson. Nathan is the 24th verbal commitment to the 2002 class.

Ron West was Nathan's main contact through the recruiting process.

The Dallas, Georgia native also had offers on the table from Arkansas, East Carolina, and UAB. Nathan is another big lineman who will likely play guard for the Tigers. He stands at over 6'4 and weighs in right at 300 lbs.

Bennett can bench press in 350, power clean 305 and deep squat 435.

Bennett is the 5th offensive lineman to give a verbal commitment to Clemson. He'll join Roman Fry, Dustin Fry, Brad Lee, and Tim DeBeer in the 2002 class. Top Stories
