WR DeAndre McDaniel
6-1, 180, 4.5
Godby High School
"I have 10 offers right now from Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Purdue, LSU, Kansas State, Maryland, Louisville and Indiana," Deandre McDaniel said.
Who is he considering?
"I'm wide open but I still basically have the same top seven. Clemson, Miami, Florida State, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia and LSU."
Clemson: I just like how they play, the colors and all."
Miami: "I like their defense and the way their players play. Their attitude and how aggressive their players are."
Florida State: "I just was raised around Florida State. I like how Mickey Andrews subs in and out."
Arkansas: I like how they're talking out there. They're saying I can play both ways out there. I talked to Mike Smith who signed with Arkansas this year out of Rickards High School and he really likes it."
Florida: "They got a new staff, but I just like Florida period."
Georgia: "I love Coach Smart. That's why they're up there."
LSU: "I like their defense. It's like 50/50 run to pass ratio and I'm cool with Brian Johnson and Dwayne Bowe."
He is looking for one specific thing in a school.
"The number one thing I'm looking at is the depth chart and where I'm going to be able to go in and play."
Where will he camp this summer?
"I'm camping at Georgia and probably LSU also."
Don't look for McDaniel to make an early decision.
"I'll take all five of my visits. I'll wait until after the season and take them in January."
