DB Terrell Harris
6-3, 185, 4.6
Camden High School
Camden, South Carolina
The 6-3, 185 pound prospect traveled to Clemson for Junior Day earlier this month. "I went up to Clemson a couple of weeks ago. It was a nice visit. I really like it over there. I got to talk with my recruiting coach Brad Scott. We had to leave early because one of my teammates had something. We had to leave around noon," Harris told CUTigers.com in a recent interview.
The Camden standout also made the short trip to USC last weekend. "I went to South Carolina last week. It was nice too. I really liked their weight room," added Harris.
The offer list should grow over the next few months for one of the states top defensive backs. "I don't have any offers yet, but I'm getting a lot of interest from Clemson, Virginia Tech, Maryland, Auburn and Tennessee."
When asked if he has any early favorites or a leader, Harris responded, "No, not right now."
Who is recruiting the talented defender the hardest? "Well, I'm getting a lot of orange mail. That would be Clemson orange."
The Tigers will get another chance to impress the Camden defender in April. "My grandmother has been talking about the spring game. I think I am supposed to go up with Thomas Austin to see the game. I don't see Thomas much because he only has one block of classes."
Harris plans to camp in the Palmetto state this summer. "I would like to camp at South Carolina and Clemson. I haven't gotten anything yet on the Clemson camp but I do have stuff on the South Carolina camp."
We will continue to keep you updated on this outstanding defensive back from South Carolina, right up through signing day 2006.
