Hamlin: We dominated basically all the practices except two so we felt good out there. We had our heads up and new we had to take care of business today.

Tell us about all of the hard hits you had out there today?
Hamlin: I've been working hard in the weight room. At practice the coach always told us to put our helmet in their numbers so I try to do that.

How does it feel now that you will likely get the early playing time you had hoped for when you first came to Clemson?
Hamlin: It feels good. I started out a little nervous. I am hoping to get some playing time next fall. I just need to keep up the good work.

How do you like playing for Coach Vic?
Hamlin: He's pretty good. He worries a lot about academics. He worries about us as a person, not just a talent on the field.
